Gentle Somatic Capacity Building Session - 30min
A 30 minute session that includes a 10 minute somatic breathwork practice as well as somatic exercises, designed to gently introduce you to the sensations and activations of a full release session. It’s a beautiful way to begin the journey into your body and nervous system, specifically for those with the symptoms of PTSD, cPTSD, high anxiety, panic attacks or just stress around the idea of a full release session. My approach prioritizes a gradual process to build your capacity to navigate and stay with the sensations that are holding stress and trauma in your body without overwhelming the system. By slowly taking deliberate steps, we remap the neural pathways to safely approach the pent up energy and give it space to release in a supportive environment.
