Why Restore & Sustain?
Clients come to me usually overwhelmed, running on survival energy, low-key desperate to feel better.
Then, the magic of the breath does it’s work and they end their first session feeling the most profound sense of clarity, calm and connection, it’s exquisite. And then, more often than not, they ask me:
“WHAT NOW AND HOW DO I KEEP THIS?”
So, with the tools I've learned professionally in my training of Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and my own personal work, I’ve crafted this program to offer the guidance and support people need to return to and sustain that connection in their day to day lives.
My intention with this program is to help people build off of the deep transformation and clarity they find in a full release session - to:
inspire and build their neural pathway back to that state with consistency and repetition.
No healing is a one-stop-shop! We need practices that help us return home to ourselves so that we can make real energetic shifts that last.
What to expect in the 8 weeks?
2 Full Somatic Breathwork Sessions (on week 1 and 6)
6 Weekly Restorative Sessions (on weeks 2-5 and 7-8)
The Restorative Sessions will be 45-60min and consist of discussion and education on some of the tools I've learned that support nervous system health (like parts work, energy centers, emotional addiction pattern breaking, poly vagal theory, energy work) and a 30 minute guided breathwork and meditation all aimed at returning to the heart and to love (which is all that really matters in the end).
