In this intimate 8-week journey we will use the power of deep Somatic Breathwork and weekly Guided Restorative Practices to help you:

What to expect
2 Full Somatic Breathwork Sessions
&
6 Weekly Restorative Sessions
The Restorative Sessions will be 45-60min and consist of discussion and education on some of the tools I've learned that support nervous system health (like parts work, energy centers, heart coherence, poly vagal theory, energy work) and a 30 minute guided breathwork and meditation that practically integrate the tools discussed.
The end result will be a deep and lasting commitment to the practices that return You home to yourself, and an ever increasing ability to live from that place of grounded, connected clarity.

Clients come to me usually overwhelmed, running on survival energy, low-key desperate to feel better.
Then, the magic of the breath does it’s work and they end their first session feeling the most profound sense of clarity, calm and connection, it’s exquisite. And then, more often than not, they ask me:

So, with the tools I've learned professionally in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy training, and my own personal work, I’ve crafted this program to offer the guidance and support people need to return to and sustain that connection in their day to day lives.
My intention with this program is to help people build off of the deep transformation and clarity they find in a full release session to:
inspire and build their neural pathway back to that state with consistency and repetition.
Healing isn’t an event, it’s a process. We need practices that help us return home to ourselves so that we can make real energetic shifts that last.
