Your Body’s Reset Button – Nervous System Care For A High Stress World

Stress isn’t “all in your head” – it’s in your body and it accumulates over time, building pressure until you finally reach your last nerve. We’ve all had that melt-down over something little, or the blow up that didn’t match the event, am I right?! 

Chronic stress is taking its toll on our mental and physical health as well as our performance at work and our relationships at home. We all know stress is bad for us, but we aren’t given the tools to deal with it (other than trying to avoid it, which is impossible). Through my own journey from burn-out (aka mental collapse) to building a life I LOVE from the inside-out, I will show you how this all makes biological sense and give you real, usable tools to turn the ship around and regain agency over your life, starting with your Nervous System. 

In this interactive, experiential talk, you will learn how stress impacts your body, how it can be used to build resilience instead of burn-out and ways to release the pressure that is subconsciously controlling your life. As a bonus, I’ll guide you on a short Somatic Release Breathwork practice to offload old energy and reconnect to your own vitality.
