It also requires rest. Without it, our muscles burn out.

Same with our nervous systems. Most of us are living internally as if we are carrying a weight at arms length, never putting it down. So many of us are, indeed, burning out. 

Stress is taking its toll on our minds and bodies - it’s time to put the weight down so we can build inner strength - Nervous System Resilience.

This workshop will show you exactly how and why chronic stress is impacting your health - and what you can do about it in real time. We will dive into the biology of stress and the neuroscience of resilience giving you a practical way to offload the stress your body is carrying. 

Not so you can do less, so you can function better.
